Today my friend Matt brought me some of his beef stew, it was very nice of him. First I heat it back up, since it was not much i just put it into the microwave for 1;30 minutes. Looks very good but didn’t smell much maybe lacking some herbs. I dig in right away, the taste was very good and the beef and potatoes was very tender. Matt used beef tenderloins which was a good choice and he was very generous with the portions. The beef was very delicious, melts away and not too dry. The potatoes was soft and flavorful, together with the beef they make up the heart and soul of the stew. The taste was perfect, too bad there was no soft bread to eat with the stew. Matt is a good cook, thank you for the stew Matt.
