Today my friend Joe handed me a bag of meat just like how drug dealers usually do their thing. It looks super sketchy but I can tell it is packed full of juicy flavor. I brought it home that night and decided to turn it into a Quesadilla. I took some left over Tortilla and threw it into the pan with the pulled pork. I ravage through the fridge and found whatever ingredients I can use. I put some Mozzarella and chopped some green onions on the top. I did not put in any sauce since the meat was plenty flavorful. On low heat I browned both sides and melted the cheese. I was careful not to spill anything and used a special technique to flip it gracefully. Finally it was done, since it was late at night i did not share this with anyone. I just fully devour this myself along with some japanese beer. The taste was excellently mixed together, sweet and savory. This truly was some delicious drug. Thanks Joe again for the awesome pulled pork.
