In this recipe I used pork, but you can substitute this for chicken, ribs or even fish. Cook time may vary depending on size of the meat or if it has bone or not. The oil left over from the frying maybe used for other recipes or even for frying rice or vegetables. Also if you do not want to use the large amount of oil for deep frying, you can use a air fryer as a substitute.
